What is a buyback?
If you need to raise some extra cash, then our buyback service is a great way to raise some cash without having to give up your items for good.
All you have to do is decide what you would like to sell. Bring it into us and we will give you instant cash, with the option to buy back at an agreed price within 28-days. You will be buying back the same item you left with us, all your data, settings and accounts will on the phone, just as you left it.
How it works
As a Buyback is not a loan, there are no credit checks and no lengthy loan applications. Therefore, as long as you are over 18 and the item is yours and in good working order, you are guaranteed to be able to use our service.
If you cannot buy the item back within 28-days, you can extend the agreement for a further 28-days by paying the pre-agreed fee giving you more time to buy your item back. If you decide you do not want the item back or your circumstances change then, this isn’t a problem. There is no need to get in touch, simply allow the agreement to end then we will sell your item/s with nothing to pay.

What are the rules?
There are a few straightforward rules, but as this is not a loan or a credit agreement it is fairly flexible.
So long as you are aged over 18, the item is legally yours and is legal to own, then we will consider your item.
There is no obligation to Buy your item back.
What happens after the 28 days?
If 28 day period is up, then you have a couple of options. You can either repurchase the item from us at the agreed Buyback price or pay the repurchase fee and extend the agreement for a further 28 day period.
This is perfect if you need extra time to raise funds or simply with to keep the Buyback option open.
You can of course repurchase your item back at anytime during the agreement with no penalty.

- Bicycles (Must have a minimum resale value of £250)

There are some items we don’t or can’t accept.
These include :
- Firearms
- Airguns
- Swords (excluding antique examples)
- Safety Equipment (eg. Helmets. Climbing Harness’ etc)
- Prams & Pushchairs
- Furniture (we may consider certain antique or unusual items)
- Sky, Virgin Media, Talk Talk or BT Boxes/Routers
- Fridges, Freezers, Washing Machines or Tumble Dryers
